Do you feel overwhelmed by your emotions and feel unsure about how to resolve these feelings? You are not alone; I have worked with many people with a variety of overwhelming feelings and anxiety. Together we will explore how to manage your anxiety, worries, and stress. Or you may be having relationship struggles that cause overwhelming feelings of guilt or shame, or perhaps you are a parent struggling with balancing it all. In whatever form your pain may be in, I am here to help you understand your pain; we will work together to create healthier relationships and develop skills to cope with your overwhelming feelings.
When working together, you will learn tools on how to cope with overwhelming thoughts and emotions, how to work through difficult relationship situations, and how to feel more at peace. I also work with couples, children, and teens who are struggling. If you are a parent and are unsure how to help your child, I also am here to support you and your child.
