I work with individuals, youth, families, couples and professionals utilizing principles of somatic psychology. I have a Doctoral degree in clinical psychology, specializing in somatic psychology. I am certified in deep trauma work and relational somatic psychotherapy. I have helped countless clients process their trauma. I am committed in providing safe, caring and loving environment to my clients.

I provide diagnosis assessment, therapy and intervention services if needed to adults and families.

I enjoy working with individuals ages 16 and older, from all walks of life. I dedicate my work to helping individuals navigate through major life transitions, anxiety, depression, relational problems, trauma, parenting challenges, grief/loss, eating disorder, body image concerns, identity development (especially with LGBTQ populations), personal growth and development.

Hi there! I'm Molly, a fellow human navigating this messy world with you. Being a human in this world is difficult to say the least, and I know that often times our needs go unmet to meet the needs of others. If you are feeling burnt out, are struggling with your relationship with food or your body, are experiencing an increase in "dark and twisty" thoughts, have a trauma history that you are having difficulties navigating, or are working through those existential thoughts of "who am I?", "what the heck is life?", and "Is it okay to not believe the things I once believed?" you are not alone.

Concerns about sexual functioning and sexual pain are both more common than you may think. Your doctor might have been your first conversation about sexual functioning, and I would like to be the next. I love debunking myths we all have learned about bodies and relationships. I will work with you, challenge and support you as you create change in your life.

Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, or trauma? Is your child struggling with their behaviors, especially during transitions, like bedtime, or getting ready for school? I may be able to help. I specialize with working with both children and adults, ages 5+, to help ease suffering and improve overall functioning. I can work with parents to help solve problems with their children, provide support for the difficulty of parenting, and psychoeducation about the challenges their child is facing. I also have experience with clients who struggle with trauma, grief, self-harm and suicidality.

I smile at the paradox that even though I'm a work in progress, with problems of my own, I can try to help others navigate the challenges they are facing. Each of us lives a unique and complex life, populated with our own ambitions, friends, routines, fears, and inherited craziness. Our lives create an epic story that continues invisibly around you with elaborate and meaningful experiences. At times we can feel stuck, unhappy, or even lost. Each time we consciously work with our pain, we are working towards a more nuanced understanding of ourselves - an understanding that is less binary and more inclusive of our humanity.

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I enjoy working with adults who are 18 years or older. I have experience working with individuals who have alcohol and/or drug addition, those in recovery, trauma/PTSD, parts work/ego state/dissociation, anxiety, panic disorders, depression, grief and loss, and anger management. I am also trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). My belief is that everyone is the expert on themselves, and the power to heal is within. I aid people in finding their own path towards recovery from mental health and chemical health concerns.

All of use are faced with experiences in life that that we could use some help with. Using warmth, gentleness, and humor, my goal as a therapist is to create a safe and healing relationship with you. Finding the optimal therapeutic fit is a bit like going on a blind date... you hope for the best and prepare for the worst. People who think I'm a fit are often high-achieving individuals with an acute awareness of the issue, feel they have tried "everything" to fix it, and are giving therapy “one last chance.” I successfully get clients “unstuck” by challenging them in unconventional, collaborative ways. I intentionally push people 20% past where they are comfortable (because that’s where the growth happens!) and practice pivoting to ensure you have the skills to navigate, manage, and address the discomfort long-term.

I enjoy working with adults, college and graduate students. I believe that a true and authentic relationship is at the core of a positive and helpful experience in therapy. I work from a sex-positive, anti-racist, and LGBTQIA+ affirming lens. I have experience working with clients who present with anxiety, trauma, depression, relationship concerns, self-esteem, identity, life transitions, body image, and other challenges.
