Where you learned you need to be an island, problem solve, or shut down, we can help you tap into your needs and emotions, heal your pain, and explore ways to reach for your partner.
We specialize in the process of building connection, deepening emotional intimacy, repairing broken trust, and creating a felt sense of security for both partners. We can help you create a shared language for asking for what you need and responding to each other. We hope to help you build a new map for finding your way home to each other on an ongoing basis.
