Through awareness, growth, & choice you will have an opportunity to become your happiest, healthiest, & most fulfilled self.

I utilize a variety of clinical approaches catered to you personal needs. Primarily, I use Gestalt Therapy, which emphasizes on personal strengths & being in present moment. I also have group therapy as an option for treatment. This approach is for those who need additional emotional support by talking with others who can relate & avoid feeling lonely.
