I have experience in working with the young adult/adult population with a variety of different needs. I have worked within both an inpatient and outpatient setting offering support and therapy weekly to meet the needs of my clients. I use a combination of therapeutic modalities with experience in cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and have intensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as well.
