I work with everyday working women who are ready to make room for their own needs and understand what keeps them feeling stuck.
I help women work through anxiety, burnout, people pleasing, and past experiences that affect their confidence and relationships. As a Black therapist, I welcome women from all backgrounds, including African American women seeking a space where their experiences and identities are understood and respected.
We’ll take time to understand what you need and work toward changes that matter to you, with ongoing support along the way. I offer in person sessions in St. Louis and virtual sessions throughout Missouri.
