Our Team
I help children, teens, and young adults in Colorado Springs and across Colorado work through anxiety, depression, men’s issues, school stress, peer relationship challenges, and life transitions. Clients often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, misunderstood, or unsure how to talk about what’s going on. Parents may notice changes in mood, behavior, motivation, school performance, or relationships. Therapy can offer a place to slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and develop practical tools for handling emotions, stress, and everyday challenges.

You might feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to change, even if you understand where they come from. On the outside, things may look fine, but internally something feels off.
I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, and the lasting effects of complex trauma. Many of my clients have a sense that something deeper is going on, even if they can’t fully name it. Together, we explore how past experiences may be shaping your current thoughts, emotions, and relationships.

Welcome!
I work with kids (3-10), adolescents/teens, and adults. Teen and adult clients typically work with me to address trauma-related beliefs (“I’m not worthy”, “It’s not safe to be myself”), low self-worth, addiction, dissociation (“spacing out”), identity exploration, and difficulty regulating overpowering emotions. I use Child Centered Play Therapy in my work with kids to address a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, life changes, attention difficulties/ADHD, big emotions, and aggression.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are trying to make sense of who they are while navigating the pressure of relationships, work or school, external expectations, and life transitions.
Whether it’s anxiety, depression, identity exploration, low self-esteem, or difficulty managing emotions, I provide a space where they can be themselves without judgment and begin to feel more confident and understood. From there, we'll work towards your goals, whatever they may be.
