I am a licensed, BIPOC clinical psychologist trained to work with a variety of people and concerns. I can be of help to you if you are a young adult, a new parent, a woman navigating all the things, or a person of color. I can help if you are struggling with your partner, if life is unbearable because someone you love is no longer on this planet, if everything makes you anxious, if you are trying to pick up the pieces after trauma, if everything about food is challenging.

My therapeutic style is to listen carefully, ask thoughtful questions, and help connect the dots to understand what may be contributing to your concerns. I am warm and direct, and my hope is that you feel understood and helped in finding a way forward. Together we can sort out the shifts you want to make in your life and how to get there.
