It’s hard to know who actually has your back.
That's where I come in. My job is to listen--to get to know you and help you shape your life into what *you* want it to be. As your therapist, I'll help you work toward the life you want, based on your specific situation and needs. I won't blame you, or try to change you in ways that you don't want, or force you to talk about things that are too hard.
You might feel overwhelmed, but you've made it this far. You're taking steps toward feeling better--feeling okay. I know you're in pain, and I believe you're doing your best.
