I am a trauma-informed experiential and narrative therapist who works with adult couples, families, and parent/child relationships to help them move through systemic challenges by rediscovering connection and vulnerability. I am passionate about working with LGBTQ+ clients, people of color, and couples exploring ethical non-monogamy/polyamory. Additionally, I am excited to support parents with teens who are exploring their blossoming identities. I love to work with clients who know change is needed to move forward and who are ready to shed those learned narratives that are no longer serving them.
I offer sliding scale therapy for couples and families. I specialize in exploring identity and meaning especially with LGBTQ+ communities, Black-identified folks, and people within those intersections. My approach incorporates narrative, existential, and solution-focused theories along with trauma-informed care and multicultural competency.
