Many of us experience instances in our lives of feeling overwhelmed and engulfed in sadness. We may find ourselves in periods of despair, or just needing someone to help navigate relationship disruptions. With over 20 years of experience, I have been trained to assist individuals with life's struggles, empower them, and provide effective coping skills.
My client base includes individuals, couples, and families with issues ranging from depression and anxiety to adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse. I have worked with couples dealing with infidelity and financial issues who are on the brink of separation and/or divorce. I have also facilitated workshops on healthy relationships and conflict resolution.
I am a faith-based practitioner, open to treating individuals of all faiths. Having worked extensively with Pastors and members of various denominations, I have an understanding of the obstacles many encounter regarding their spirituality. I offer a warm, safe, and supportive environment with a personalized approach tailored to my client's needs.
