I work primarily from a CBT or CBT-informed approach. As appropriate, I like to incorporate concepts from mindfulness, spirituality (as appropriate, with consent), and exploration of personal values. This lends itself to a more holistic experience. I am also certified in CPT (cognitive processing therapy) to treat PTSD.

If you are struggling, please know that you do NOT have to face it alone. I approach therapy as a collaborative process that focuses on the flourishing of the whole person. We will work together to set goals, and I will work to help you gain insight, learn skills, and build capacity to more effectively manage life and keep moving forward.
