My work centers on helping individuals find clarity and confidence as they navigate life’s complexities, cultivating a greater sense of peace and fulfillment.
My approach is rooted in psychoanalytic principles, and I draw on various modalities to meet each client’s unique needs. What I’ve found most helpful in my work is not any particular brand of therapy or single technique, but the collaborative nature of the relationship we build, which becomes the foundation for insight, growth, and emotional transformation.
With curiosity, courage, and a willingness to engage in honest reflection, therapy can foster new perspectives and a deeper sense of self-understanding. This process often leads to greater authenticity, emotional ease, and a life that feels more aligned with one’s values. Outside of work, I enjoy family time, travel, reading, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
