My therapeutic approach is to help individuals confront and understand the deeper aspects of who they are to foster personal growth and fulfillment. I’m here to encourage you to explore your most radically authentic self, in its lights and shadows, and meet you there with respect and warmth. I once read that it takes great courage to celebrate our mistakes and our successes, and it's in this space that I believe true peace is found.
You can expect an deeply interactive experience with me, where our relationship and your insights are central to the process. I use a strength-based approach that utilizes your innate desire towards growth. I enjoy working with people of most ages, understanding that the search for purpose can look different at various stages of life. LGBT friendly.
My other areas of experience include play therapy, family work, victim advocacy, women’s issues, therapeutic art, and trauma related to diet culture (to which I utilize the HAES approach).
