Here at GIB, we offer trauma informed yoga and real talk therapy, as well as group therapy, and a family outreach liaison on board to help you through those troubling times, without shame or judgement. I am an LCSW with a Bachelors and Masters degree in Social Work and a licensed School Social Worker. I am a multiculturally competent counselor. My expertise is in separating the person from the problem, identifying strengths and finding resources to facilitate wanted change.
