About
Simply put, life has moments that may throw you for a loop. It happens to all of us and sometimes you just need someone to talk to. You don't have to go it alone. It takes courage to reach out for guidance. Let's work together to process what's going on in your life and find the opportunities for you to move in a more positive direction. In a non-judgmental, safe and confidential environment, I extend my hand to you so we may work together on your journey to mental and spiritual wellness. Each one, Reach one.
I am an LCSW with a Bachelors and Masters degree in Social Work and a licensed School Social Worker. I am a multiculturally competent counselor. My expertise is in separating the person from the problem, identifying strengths and finding resources to facilitate wanted change.
I understand choosing a therapist is an important step in healing, so I offer a free 20 minute consultation via phone or email exchanges to help you decide if we are a good fit for each other before you schedule a session
