My main goal is to listen thoughtfully and respectfully to you and your story; to get to know you so that I can understand how best to support you. The truth is, most people are doing the very best they can, but sometimes just need a little extra help.
I am IFS Level 1 trained. My clinical approach is psychodynamic and relational; trauma-informed and mindfulness-based. I've helped people struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, negative beliefs, feelings of "stuckness", grief/loss and chronic pain.
