Over the last 15 years, I have gained experience in providing treatment for a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, grief, relational issues, parenting, trauma, abuse, and risk management.
I draw from a person-centered and interpersonal approach in sessions, guided by CBT, Trauma Informed Care (CCTP), Family Systems approach, and Solution Focused Therapy.
