About
Welcome to my practice. I specialize in treating children, adolescents and adults with symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, stress-related problems, life transitions, trauma, relationship issues and parenting.
I am an experienced psychotherapist who has worked in both agency and private practice settings for the past twenty years. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to treatment such as cognitive-behavioral, collaborative problem solving, DBT, and family systems techniques.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is crucial to treatment. I emphasize creating a safe and comfortable environment in which to identify your issues and establish a collaborative plan to reach your goals.
