As a Trauma Specialist, I will take you on a journey of healing using Attachment-Focused EMDR-(Certified), Brainspotting, and I incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, Mind-Body techniques, and Mindfulness to help you heal and feel at peace. I support you if you're struggling w/ Parental Alienation. I also use 12-Step program work- ACA & CODA.
