Let’s face it, sometimes life can be overwhelming. For the past twenty-four years, I have worked with adults, seniors and families in a variety of settings including, home care, home health, nursing homes, private practice, and community-based practice. I enjoy helping clients who are in the middle of life transitions or processing grief after a loss, and those who are struggling with family caregiving. Clients who work with me desire to find restoration and balance in the midst of navigating these life circumstances.

In a nurturing and welcoming environment, I help high achieving professional women to find their voice, master self-limiting thoughts and beliefs and learn how to balance personal and professional roles in a fulfilling manner. Together, we work on creating and implementing personalized plans to regain focus and restore balance to their lives.
