I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Minnesota. I help clients reach their potential when they feel like they are stuck in their lives. I enjoy using mindfulness and somatic-based approaches to help people reach their goals. I am a strong believer that our feelings and thoughts often get stuck in our minds and bodies. By working through those things that our stuck we can reach our ultimate goals in life. If you feel like you are stuck inside yourself and can't move past your current anxieties or trauma, we can work together to release the negative energy within you.

I found my love for the mental health field after graduating from college. I started my career working directly with children, adults, and families who had significant mental health struggles. This started a new love for seeing and helping people grow into someone they wanted to be.
