Counselor, MA, LMHCA
She/Her/Hers
Hi! My name is Felicia, and welcome to Pursue You Counseling. I am a licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Washington State. I help adults of all ages to heal past wounds and grow into their best selves through a non-pathologizing and holistic approach. I believe that you are the expert on yourself and that therapy is a powerful tool where we will work as a team to help you optimize your mental and emotional wellbeing. I can help support and guide you as you become more conscious, self-aware, and fulfilled.
I particularly love working with clients who are eager to go on a path of personal growth and self-awareness as they work through the issues that brought them into therapy. I am here to help facilitate that connection in a non-judgmental space where your story will be held sacred. If you aren't sure of your goals, that's okay! We'll start where you are.
In my practice, we may go a bit deeper than talk therapy. I use methods like IFS (also known as "parts work"), mindfulness, attachment theory, and somatic psychology to help you access and heal past wounds, and cultivate your already existing resources to build upon. If these qualities resonate with you, feel free to send me a message to set up a consult!
