Rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) theory and shaped by anti-oppression and existential perspectives, my approach is to help you explore your complex inner world, heal wounds from the past, and foster harmony within yourself and your relationships. We will work together to will uncover a pathway to greater self-compassion and clarity.
