With extensive experience with Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and years of working in a psychiatric hospital setting, I provided clinically indicated psychotherapy to individuals and groups with services to adults, adolescents, and children. I am here to listen and provide the tools needed for managing unhealthy thoughts and behavior patterns.
My desire is to use integration of the spiritual and natural aspects of counseling to service clients for the best possible outcome.
