About
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 5+ years of experience helping clients. I encourage clients to sit with their emotions while guiding them through all difficulties and challenges throughout their day to day life. First, we start by establishing a therapeutic relationship, where we can both work towards their goals. I listen empathically to your feelings, while finding ways to help you cope with any frustrations and worries. I work with an array of disorders including anxiety, depression, trauma, and not limited to behavioral ones.
I’m aware of traumas that take time and mindful that healing does not have a timeframe. Every healing journey is unique and I treat it as such. My approach has been integrated and using what works best for my clients. Through our collaboration, we will be working towards promoting self-awareness and growth.
