I am a licensed clinical social worker in California with a masters degree in social welfare from UC Berkeley with a concentration in advancing health and well-being. My goal is to create a safe and warm environment where clients can receive authentic, collaborative, and compassionate care.
I have worked in behavioral and mental health therapy for 10+ years. It's been an honor supporting all of my clients including BIPOC, first-generation Americans, people with immigrant backgrounds, new parents, and LGBTQ+ communities who are struggling with issues like depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationships, life transitions, and marginalization.
I incorporate an anti-oppressive lens, focusing on a client’s multifaceted identities and how they affect their day-to-day life. A subspecialty of mine is training in autism spectrum disorder (ASD); supporting youth and adults, parents, and siblings in navigating the unique complexities they face with ASD and co-occurring disorders
