I offer a safe, judgment-free environment for children and adults ages 10 +in which you can, become empowered, change your narrative, develop coping skills, and remove faulty thinking patterns. My approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as Solution Focused Therapy. I incorporate play into the therapy session when I work with youth.
