I provide individual therapy for adults carrying the weight of always being "the strong one," the high achiever, the caretaker, and the high functioning professional. You're exhausted from performing, overthinking, and pushing through while your own needs go unmet. You're functioning on the surface but internally you feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, maybe battling depression, processing trauma, and/or barely holding it together through chronic stress and life transitions. You don't have to keep carrying everything alone. I provide a safe, trauma-informed space to untangle these patterns and truly begin caring for yourself.

My approach honors all of who you are; your identity, personal history, and the systems and environments shaping your reality. I integrate trauma-informed talk therapy with body-based healing practices to help you reconnect with yourself and release what you've been carrying for too long.
