About

I am a Licensed Psychologist who specializes in working with trauma survivors in individual, group, & couples therapy (Gottman Method). I received extensive training in trauma therapy at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). I only use treatments proven to reduce trauma & Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) symptoms. Trauma therapy is not easy, but I will walk alongside you as you build courage and resilience to heal and thrive! You must do the work if you want to get better. It's OK to be hesitant or ambivalent. However, you must be committed to getting better, which requires some significant changes. Are you ready?
I specialize in working with trauma survivors of all types, including those exposed to mental, emotional, physical, sexual abuse, and other life-threatening injuries such as natural disasters, combat, motor vehicle accidents, and more. I help you examine your unhealthy thoughts that keep you stuck and show you how to change them in order to improve life.
I'm your ideal therapist if you want a champion for your well-being, a direct accountability partner, skilled compassionate expert in trauma & PTSD. You are my ideal patient if you are ready to do the work, to be challenged, & heal. Let's connect. I look forward to working with you. 25% disc for Veterans, public safety, healthcare workers, & teachers.
