I am a Licensed Psychologist who specializes in working with trauma survivors in individual, group, & couples therapy. I received extensive training in trauma therapy at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). I only use treatments proven to reduce posttrauma and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) symptoms. Trauma therapy is not easy but I will walk alongside you as you build courage and resilience to heal and thrive! You must be willing to do the work if you want to get better. It's OK to be hesitant and ambivalent. However, you must be committed to getting better, which requires some significant changes. Are you ready?

I am currently ONLY accepting patients who are comfortable with telehealth psychotherapy as my practice will be moving to this modality 100% beginning December 2019. Telehealth is similar to Skype or FaceTime. However, the platform I use is Zoom, which is digitally encrypted and HIPAA compliant to protect your confidentiality.

I am your ideal therapist if you want a champion for your well-being, an accountability partner, and a skilled compassionate expert in posttrauma and PTSD symptoms. You are my ideal patient if you want to get better and are willing to do the work, are comfortable with telehealth, and want individual or couples therapy.
