We might do some education on your nervous system, how trauma affects it, and how to regulate trauma responses, the choices surrounding them, and where personal responsibility falls. We could delve into creative work, studying your subconscious through your dreams with Dream Tending to tap into the areas you need to work out, be they past or present.

Perhaps you have tried talking it out but the 50 minutes doesn't feel like enough time. We could use EMDR and Somatic mindfulness and meditation to help you identify feelings and desensitize trauma, so they no longer act as a wet blanket on your happiness and life. I want to understand you. Let's build some coping and adaptive mental processing.
