I have over 15 years experience in the behavioral health field working with adult, teens and families. I work one on one with individuals who are concerned about women's issues, stress, insecurities, anxiety/depression and relationships and couples addressing communication & conflict

Therapy can help, working from a person centered, strength based approach, I incorporate various techniques in sessions, recognizing each individual and couple has a unique story. I believe in the power of connection, which ensures you feel comfortable and safe as you share your experiences and begin down the path of healing
