I am a faith based counselor & I believe healing happens when people feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported. Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming at times, and no one should have to navigate those struggles alone. My goal is to create a space where clients feel safe to slow down, explore their experiences, and move toward greater peace, healing, and resilience.
I work with adolescents, adults, couples, first responders, military veterans facing a variety of emotional and relational challenges. I approach each client with empathy, compassion, and respect. Together, we will build practical tools to foster healing & growth.
I have specialized training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). This therapy has been proven successful in healing trauma and PTSD.
I am a certified SYMBIS facilitator (Saving Your Marriage Before it Starts). This therapy includes pre-marital counseling as well as counseling for those that have been married any number of years.
I am passionate about helping clients find peace and healing through faith-based counseling. Therapy with me will be tailored to each client's individual needs.
