If this sounds like you, I offer confidential mental health therapy in a farm house set on a nature sanctuary from a decolonized perspective. I strive to provide a safe space for survivors, and people from diverse racial, gender, ethnic religious and spiritual backgrounds. Diversity is celebrated here.
While I specialize in anxiety, trauma, ADHD, diversity, relationships, climate psychology, social justice and addictions, my primary focus is you and what you bring with you to the sessions. I strive to be "here for you, not the other way around."
