Many of my clients grew up in Asian or bicultural families where emotional needs were minimized, achievement was emphasized, and trauma was endured rather than named.
You might struggle with complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, work stress, or a persistent sense of guilt, shame, or “something is wrong with me.” You may want therapy with empathy and insight, from someone who truly understands your cultural context.
I offer trauma-informed, evidence-based psychotherapy in English or Mandarin sessions. My work integrates CBT and DBT for symptom relief, Emotion-Focused Therapy for attachment and relationship repair, and psychodynamic therapy for deeper insight and long-term growth.
We work not only to reduce pain, but to understand why and how to change at the root.
