When we are not at our best it’s difficult to enjoy life. The majority of my work has been focused on cognitive behavioral (CBT) and strength based therapy with adolescents and adults. I’ve treated individuals struggling with various needs; adjustment disorder, loss, trauma, psychosis, separation/divorce and family conflict.
