Hi! We are so happy you're here. At Feel Alive Therapy LCSW P.C. we believe in capitalizing on our client's strengths in order to empower them to heal and self-improve. We create a safe, welcoming, and comforting environment for our clients to process their feelings and emotions. Our goal is to assist our clients in developing an increased sense of self-awareness and insight. Our clients focus on learning the necessary coping mechanisms necessary to live a happy, healthy, and balanced life.
Life is a process of learning and my goal is to assist you in reflecting on your journey in order for you to move forward and become the best version of yourself you can be. My specialty and experience include working with veterans/military members and their families, IPV, PTSD, depression, anxiety disorders, and familial/relationship dynamics.
Some modalities that I use are motivational interviewing, CBT, and a strengths-based approach. I am a strong believer that the relationships we foster start with the relationship we have with ourselves. I am currently offering therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
