Welcome! In the past four years I have enjoyed supporting my young adults and adolescent clientele in exploring old wounds, building healthier relationships, and developing a stronger and more confident sense of self. My hope is to empower you to take charge of your path, overcome past hurdles, and find clear steps towards meeting your goals. Prior to my practice, I have had experience in direct client care and management roles at the San Mateo Hospital and their outpatient programs. I have helped my clients with anxiety, depression, Autism, ADHD, life transitions, co-dependence, and possible history of abuse/trauma.
I have an integrative orientation and can apply a combination of evidence based therapeutic approaches: Psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, IFS, Strategic and Solution Focused. I try to tailor my work to each client’s needs and can apply guided imagery as well as mindfulness based body meditations. Offer short-term and long-term therapy w/weekly or biweekly cadences.
