About

Client's often first come to see me when encountering struggles with depression, anxiety, and/or relationship problems. I have extensive experience helping children, adolescents, and adults; and am not afraid to get in the arena with you as we work through what is causing pain! It is my goal to come alongside you as we loosen the strongholds that keep you from experiencing seasons of wholehearted joy and peace once again!
As with any relationship, therapy works best when there is trust, mutual respect, and a sense of connection. I have an encouraging personality, and a genuine desire to help you meet your therapy goals. In addition to my general practice with Children, Adolescents, and Adults; I understand military life and culture.
I have a passion for my work and continue to provide workshops, trainings, and speaking engagements for both retreat type settings as well as, more seriously focused settings. I encourage you to not be held back by fear; instead, take the next step toward change and call or email me today!

Connections

What important experiences, emotions, or qualities are we missing out of in life? How do we start living with courage, compassion, and connection? Participants learn to cultivate the courage to be emotionally honest, to set boundaries, to allow themselves to be vulnerable, to learn to excersize self-compassion, and move with strength through their struggles, to nurture a sense the connection and sense of belonging that can happen when we let go of what we are supposed to be and embrace who we are! Based on the work of Dr. Brene' Browns Shame Resiliency Model In creating Authentic Connections!
