We specialize in helping people feel more comfortable being themselves and having healthy relationships. Many of our clients reach out because of anxiety and depression and we find, deep down, their suffering is rooted in feeling insecure with themselves and others. We help people understand what their body is saying. Our ideal client is someone who wants to feel better in their day to day experience. We help people befriend themselves and attend to their needs in compassionate and productive ways. We also provide relationship counseling for a variety of issues from conflict, to intimacy, to betrayal. Please reach out to learn more.

We can help you release old patterns and coping mechanisms that no longer serve you. We also can help you embrace new ways of being that are more in alignment with who you truly are.
