I help to strengthen relationships as well as decreasing conflicts, developing academic and career reachable goals, strengthening mental and physical health in addition to depression and anxiety. I am Multicultural and fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
One of my main focus is to work on clients’ self-compassion and using a holistic approach for clients to be able to tap into their own unique resources to achieve their goals.
