Do you often get comments about how different you are? It is ok to be different and unique, it allows you to be capable of self-acceptance. I am a firm believer that everyone's path in life is different, what we need to discover is how we will go about this path that we have been presented with. Sometimes, life can become difficult and feel like a never ending obstacle. Together we can overcome this obstacle and not let it defer you from your path.
Our thoughts, emotions and behaviors can mold us as a person. My therapeutic approach is from a Dialectical Behavior Therapy standpoint. I can help you regulate your emotions while transforming negative thinking patterns and destructive behaviors into positive outcomes. I work with adults, adolescents and children on a broad range of topics.
My goal is to help you regulate your emotions and attain lifelong coping skills that are applicable to all aspects of your life. With this, we can work towards achieving self-acceptance.
