Welcome to my profile, my love for my family and my Mediterranean heritage is one strong motivational force that guides me to help individuals, couples and families cope with the everyday obstacles of life. Practicing for over 25 years I bring passion and dedication to my work with clients. Sensitive to the various contextual issues that influence one's life and relationships, I carry a systemic approach to treatment. I believe individuals, couples and families can only heal when they come in and are open to creating something different for themselves.
We often seek help when we are stuck, or feel like " I've/We've tried everything", and wrongly conclude that there's "no hope." I work hard to re-instill hope and help clients find a way to move forward.
My experience and specialties include, couples' issues, premarital counseling, depression, anxiety, co-parenting, co-parenting through separation and divorce, at-risk youth, addiction in families, and family violence.
