I specialize in working with clients who struggle with anxiety, OCD, and depression. My therapeutic approach is person-centered and trauma-informed and I utilize elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
My goal as your therapist is to meet you where you are at in your healing journey and to be a supportive partner throughout. My hope is that you can better understand yourself, have healthier relationships, advocate for yourself, and feel empowered, confident, hopeful, and in control.
