I am here to offer you that safe place to become your most authentic self. I have extensive experience and training in working with children, teens, and adults that find themselves needing support. I’ve worked with clients that struggled with relationship issues, body image, identity concerns as an immigrant or child of immigrants, grief from loss, and identifying and healing trauma.
My aim is to help clients feel comfortable and empowered to narrate their own life story as they overcome challenges. I use an eclectic and holistic approach of therapeutic modalities including expressive arts, activity therapy, narrative therapy, talk therapy, mindfulness and sand tray to meet you where you are in your journey.
