I am an LCSW, and I also go by April. I offer a compassionate, supportive space where clients can feel heard, gain insight, and build practical tools for lasting change. I work with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem concerns. My goal is to help clients build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and create lasting positive change.
My approach is collaborative, supportive, and practical. I use CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed practices to help clients build coping skills, gain insight, and create meaningful change. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered.
My communication style is warm, down-to-earth, and conversational. I strive to create a relaxed, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves and talking openly. While therapy is a professional relationship, I want our conversations to feel natural, genuine, and supportive.
