I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist in private practice, working with individuals, couples and families by way of Telehealth. My approach is integrative, partly relying on my training in insight-oriented therapy and partly on my interest in more alternative forms of healing. My goal as a therapist is to help people gain clarity about themselves and determine what is of real value to them so they can establish a life path that feels true to who they are. Along with finding their sense of purpose, I encourage the development of healthy and vibrant relationships and a sense of social connectedness.
My therapeutic style is somewhat interactive and I participate in the process of therapy with my clients, asking deepening questions and offering input. My goal is to get to the heart of the matter in order to facilitate healing.
