Also, in therapy, we will explore the thinking patterns and behaviors that may be causing you distress today, allowing us to identify the roots of these issues and develop healthier coping strategies.
I best serve clients who are struggling with codependence, people pleasing tendencies, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, repressed anger and more. I will take a collaborative approach to help you identify the habits, thoughts, and/or feelings that are hindering you from achieving your authentic self, and together we will brainstorm healthier ways.
