I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who specializes in individual, couples, family, and group counseling. I am also a Psychology Doctoral Candidate, a Certified Life Coach, and a Certified Parent Educator. I use a variety of therapeutic orientations based on my client’s personality and needs, including CBT, EFT, DBT, ACT, Mindfulness and Art Therapy.
My role as a therapist is to be with you on your journey and help you see your strengths and capabilities as well as working on your weaknesses and challenges.
