I understand you are going through a really difficult time. We can work together to reach your goals. I work with my clients to help them feel more fulfilled in their lives. My therapeutic style is interactive and collaborative. I specialize in Generalized Anxiety disorders and Social Anxiety. My goal is to teach my clients strategies and coping skills to help them work through their struggles. I offer in-person sessions and tele-health/phone sessions.
I can help learn more about yourself and grow as a person. I can help you lessen your feelings of anxiety and depression, so that you can get back to living a more fulfilled life! I want you to be able to do the things in life you have always dreamed of. I don't want your anxiety to hold you back anymore.
