I believe that deep healing occurs through attunement and that all parts of you deserve a voice. Its never too late to come home to yourself. I will support you in building self trust, connection, curiousity, compassion, clarity, confidence and in finding calm.

Using an integrative and personalized approach, I incorporate EMDR, Internal Family Systems, creative methods, and somatic techniques to support your wellbeing and access your strengths. Additionally, I am certified in ASSYST procedures to address intrusive symptoms related to trauma.

For ongoing therapy, I provide telehealth sessions, walk and talk or nature based therapy at various locations, and in person sessions in Lakewood or Westminster.
