I offer an attuned, compassionate space to heal past hurts, reconnect with yourself, and build meaningful connections with others.

Using an integrative and personalized approach, I incorporate EMDR, Internal Family Systems, somatic techniques and creative resources to support your wellbeing. Additionally, I am certified in ASSYST procedures to address intrusive symptoms related to trauma.
