Life can be overwhelming, and finding the right therapist can feel like a daunting step. Whether you're navigating trauma, exploring your identity, or feeling stuck in a life transition, I’m here to help. I believe that deep healing occurs through attunement and connection. I specialize in working with emerging adults and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, career or college stress, perfectionism, grief, and more. My practice is also affirming of neurodivergence, polyamory, and non-monogamy.
Using an integrative and personalized approach, I incorporate EMDR, Internal Family Systems, creative methods, and somatic techniques to help you access your strengths and find calm.
